Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Mixologist to join our team at ZMC Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and friendly service to guests at the bar and tables, offering food and drink menus and informing them of daily specials.
  • Obtain orders and deliver them to the kitchen or mix drinks as ordered, ensuring timely and accurate service.
  • Return to tables periodically to ensure all needs are met, offer dessert, and present the check.
  • Remove dirty dishes and linen as needed, and reset tables with clean china, linen, silver, glassware, utensils, condiments, and paper.
  • Work collaboratively with cocktail servers to prepare drinks and attend to tables.
  • Maintain a clean uniform and person, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in serving alcohol with care or similar program preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
