DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the technical expert to address complex issues related to water-only and water-ice systems

  • Utilize the company vehicle to travel to various locations within the assigned territory

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Collaborative team player with a positive demeanor
  • In-depth knowledge of company technical procedures for water-only and water-ice systems
  • Proficient in conveying technical information to technicians of varying skill levels
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical, maintenance, or repair roles
  • Ability to adhere to the required work schedule
  • Reliable attendance record
  • Clean driving record and a valid driver's license
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to climb ladders, stoop, walk, stand, and bend
  • Competence to work safely in confined spaces within water/water-ice systems
  • Willingness to work in high-temperature environments
  • Proficient in safely operating a motor vehicle
  • Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends or evenings as needed

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATES

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred background in electrical, maintenance, repair, or related fields
