We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at BN Management Co. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel guest rooms, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards, including making beds, restocking linens, and replenishing amenities.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the hotel, including public spaces and back-of-house areas.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, including vacuum cleaners, mops, and chemicals.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff members to ensure efficient and effective room cleaning and maintenance.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in housekeeping and customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift 20 pounds and stand for long periods.
