We are seeking a Part-Time Client Service Associate (Teller) to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and customers at our Crestline, CA branch.

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of balancing accuracy.
• Identify and address clients' needs by providing a range of services, including account opening, counter checks, account maintenance, and loan payments.
• Resolve clients' problems through direct action or referral to alternative resources.
• Maximize cross-sell opportunities by exploring clients' needs and providing relevant banking solutions.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, and bank products.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.
