Position – Maintenance Technician

OGH is seeking a dedicated full-time Maintenance Technician for its properties in the Austin area. The company manages a diverse portfolio of approximately 25 residential and commercial properties, serving over 150 tenants. This role involves daily travel to various locations within the Austin market, and candidates must possess reliable transportation to the management office. A work vehicle will be provided for property visits.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to complete daily work orders independently. Familiarity with Yardi for managing maintenance requests is essential, as the technician will utilize the app for daily tasks and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform minor painting and drywall repairs
  • Change light bulbs as needed
  • Conduct minor plumbing repairs
  • Maintain property cleanliness
  • Assist with various maintenance projects as required

Qualifications

  • General knowledge of maintenance repair and service
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
