Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom Engineering Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of telecommunications projects from initiation to completion. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure project success.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication, knowledge sharing, and professional development.
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on telecommunications or related industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex telecom projects from initiation to completion.
  • In-depth knowledge of telecommunications technologies, including network infrastructure, wireless communications, and data services.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
