Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in California. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and evaluations to determine students' communication needs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs and develop targeted treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders, including articulation, language, and fluency disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success, including developing and implementing strategies to promote communication and social skills.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings, including speech and language therapy sessions.
  • Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed to ensure students meet their communication goals.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid California license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Previous experience working in a school-based setting, preferably in California.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, parents, and other professionals.
