About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Private Duty Nurse LPN to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a Private Duty Nurse LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage physicians' prescribed plans of care for patients
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and coordinate care with healthcare teams
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in our electronic system
  • Provide health education and training to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification from a recognized organization
  • TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
  • At least six months of prior hands-on nursing experience (preferred but not required)
  • Reliable transportation
