Job DescriptionJob Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce/ Ebay Manager to join our team at Pawn USA, Inc. and Centreville Gold & Pawn, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce, ebay, and inventory management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our ebay listings, inventory, and customer feedback.

The Ecommerce/ Ebay Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining our ebay listings, including product descriptions, images, and pricing. They will also be responsible for managing our inventory levels, forecasting, and replenishment. Additionally, the Ecommerce/ Ebay Manager will be responsible for monitoring and managing customer feedback, as well as maintaining a high seller ranking on ebay.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, including ebay, and will have experience with inventory management, customer service, and team management. They will also have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain ebay listings, including product descriptions, images, and pricing
  • Manage inventory levels, forecasting, and replenishment

  • Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in ecommerce, ebay, and inventory management
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, including ebay
  • Experience with inventory management, customer service, and team management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
