Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Inpatient Rehabilitation
Shift Hours: Per Diem/PRN, 12-Hour Shifts
7:00 - 7:30 Days or Nights (includes weekdays & weekend shifts)
Per Diem Rate: $52/hr

Key Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse at our rehabilitation facilities, you will work alongside a diverse group of healthcare professionals, including Physical, Occupational, and Speech Language Therapists. You will also collaborate with Nursing Assistants to manage a reasonable patient load, helping individuals achieve their care objectives and milestones.
- Facilitating admissions and/or transfers
- Conducting initial and ongoing comprehensive patient assessments
- Ensuring timely and precise documentation using the EPIC system
- Interpreting assessment and diagnostic information
- Overseeing the accurate processing of medical orders
- Promoting continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Providing instruction and support to patients and their families
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid State RN License required
- BLS certification required upon hire
Preferred Qualifications:
- BSN or enrollment in a BSN program preferred
- Previous clinical experience preferred
Per Diem Requirement: Three shifts within a 6-week schedule, including one weekend day and one holiday.
