Valet Parking Attendant

Parking Management Company is a rapidly growing hospitality services provider, specializing in valet parking for upscale hotels, resorts, hospitals, and special events. We're seeking an experienced Valet Parking Attendant to join our team

About the Role:
This is a customer-facing position where you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will ensure seamless parking and retrieval of vehicles while providing top-notch service to our valued clients. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will make all the difference in creating lasting impressions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival
* Assist with check-in and check-out processes, providing information about hotel amenities
* Safely handle luggage, transporting it to and from rooms promptly
* Offer assistance with carrying luggage and provide information about room features
* Collaborate with the valet parking team to ensure efficient parking and retrieval process for guests' vehicles
* Safely drive and park vehicles, adhering to company and safety standards
* Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
* Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally

Qualifications:
* Minimum 18 years of age
* Customer service experience
* Valid driver's license
* Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check
* Capability to run, retrieve vehicles, and lift luggage up to 50 pounds
* Preferred but not required: ability to drive a standard (stick-shift) vehicle
* Ability to use personal cell phone for work purposes
* Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
* Physical ability to lift and transport luggage, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
