Job Title: Associate Registrar

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Registrar to join our team at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Registrar's Office, ensuring the smooth operation of student affairs, and contributing to the development of policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Registrar's Office, including budget administration, staff supervision, and event coordination.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of student affairs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective management of student data and records.
  • Supervise and train staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including students, faculty, and staff.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Five years of experience in a post-secondary institution, preferably in a registrar's office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Experience working with student information systems and document imaging systems.
  • Supervisory experience.
