This role encompasses all areas within the kitchen, managing product inventories and ensuring that food preparation meets the outlet's quality standards.
This position also involves mentoring culinary staff on food preparation techniques and quality benchmarks, while upholding cleanliness and sanitation in workspaces and ensuring kitchen equipment operates in compliance with health and food safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:1. Prepare and finalize dishes across all kitchen stations.
2. Ensure adherence to quality standards and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment in line with Health Department regulations.
4. Accurately label and date all food items to guarantee proper storage and sanitation.
5. Maintain precise inventory records and communicate restocking needs to management to avert shortages.
6. Inform the chef on duty before the end of the shift if there are any tasks that cannot be completed within the designated timeframe.
