Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the cardiovascular ICU
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices in cardiovascular ICU care
- Must be licensed in the state of Texas or be eligible to be licensed
- ACNP or PA certification required
