This role involves utilizing a company vehicle to travel to various client locations for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
  • Conduct inspections of HVAC and refrigeration equipment to ensure safe operation.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and branch personnel regarding repair statuses to ensure timelines are adhered to.
  • Complete service tickets in accordance with established procedures.
  • Manage truck stock to ensure necessary parts are available on-site.
  • Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms to meet Tech24 standards.
  • Provide mentorship to less experienced technicians, exemplifying company values.
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Reliable and capable of working independently.
  • Proficient in standard computer applications.
  • Possess industry-standard hand tools.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and navigate tight spaces.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region.
  • Availability for on-call rotations, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Mechanically inclined with a strong desire to learn new techniques.
  • Prior experience as a commercial HVAC and refrigeration technician is essential.
  • Universal EPA certification is mandatory.
