Salary and Compensation

We offer an average weekly pay of $1,457+, with opportunities for bonuses and benefits. Our compensation package includes:

  • Average Weekly Pay: $1,457+
  • Bonuses
    • Sign on bonus: $1,250 - Paid out 1/2 at 30 days and 1/2 at 90 days
    • Unlimited driver referral bonuses
Job Description

This regional truck driving job typically involves moving freight within a region that encompasses the surrounding areas, including South Dakota, North Carolina, and Minnesota. You will have quality home time with family and friends, usually being home through the week and/or on weekends or a combination of both.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid CDL A License
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle (9 months experience within the past 3 years, 2 years' experience within the last 5 years, or 5 years' experience within the last 10 years)
  • Pass a Ryder Drug Test
  • Pass a Ryder Background and Motor Vehicle check including Drug and Alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
  • Pass a DOT physical
  • Pass a Ryder road test
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and/or procedures
  • Must live within 30 miles of Brookings, SD

Home Time, Route, and Schedule

You will enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends, dispatch window from 4am-6am, and routes covering South Dakota, North Carolina, and Minnesota.
