Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Disability Solutions. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for administering patient care practices, completing ancillary tasks, and maintaining equipment and exam rooms in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer sound patient care practices, adhering to department and hospital policies and procedures, to ensure patient safety.
  • Complete ancillary tasks to ensure efficient and consistent departmental operations.
  • Maintain equipment, exam rooms, and work areas in a neat and safe condition to ensure the safety of patients and employees.
  • Provide clinical services according to radiology practice standards and act as a resource to radiography students and other technologists.
Requirements
  • Certification: Must be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) as a Radiologic Technologist. Upon start, must obtain CT Certification within one year.
  • Licensure: Licensed Radiologic Technologist within 12 months. State licensure required for all INOVA non-Hospital Licensed centers, but not required if working onsite at an Inova Hospital.
  • Experience: None required.
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of radiography. ARRT required.
