- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
- Current, valid nursing license in a state, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a Territory of the United States.
- Minimum of three years' experience in a critical care setting, with a focus on ICU nursing.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
