**About the Role**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable team player to join our 13 Coins family as a Host. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for their dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage the wait list effectively to ensure that the entire dining room is seated in a timely manner.
• Set and clear tables as needed to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Maintain a clean and organized desk area, including the wait list and reservation system.
• Perform restroom checks every 30 minutes to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the restrooms.
• Process phone "to-go" orders and respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
