• Competitive Compensation: $301,600 annually, with a $145 hourly rate
• Incentive Bonus: Up to $30,000 with a 2-year commitment

• Lehigh Valley Hazleton Hospital, part of the Lehigh Valley Health System, is located in Hazleton, PA
• 4 ORs, 150 beds, L4 Trauma, and Level 1 NICU
• 3 ORs operate from 7 am to 3 pm, and 1 room operates from 7 am to 6 pm
• 2,600 cases, including general, ortho, urology, and OB (500 deliveries)
• Care team model and EMR-EPIC system

• Active state license, DEA, and State CDS
• Board certification or board eligibility if in process
• ACLS and PALS certifications
