Compensation Range: Not disclosed

Role Summary

Salary: $75,000-$85,000 (based on experience)

Incentive Package: Up to $10,000 in sign-on, retention, and relocation bonuses, customized to your location and our operational requirements.

ACES is dedicated to enhancing the quality of care in autism treatment. Our team of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) professionals is passionately focused on assisting children with autism and related conditions to achieve their maximum potential through both home and clinic-based interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and execute a variety of ABA programs tailored for individuals with autism and other developmental challenges.
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to customize ABA programs to meet specific client needs.
  • Oversee direct care personnel (i.e., behavior therapists) and travel to various client locations.
  • Assess and update client progress reports utilizing advanced data collection tools.
  • Engage in organizational enhancements through the application of Organizational Behavior Management (OBM).

  • Sign-on bonus of $5,000 (disbursed after 90 days of service)
    Referral bonus totaling $2,000 ($1,000 after the referred employee has completed 6 months and another $1,000 after 12 months)

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing client programs, preferably within the ABA sector.
  • Dynamic leaders who enjoy mentoring, managing, and supporting entry-level direct care staff.
  • Must successfully pass a criminal background check, TB screening, and possess or obtain immunizations for MMR/VZV.
