ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: LEADERSHIP AND INNOVATION

As the Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor, you will be the cornerstone of our operational success. Your primary objective is to ensure the plant operates at optimal efficiency by managing mechanical issues and overseeing the entire maintenance strategy. This senior role demands both strategic thinking and practical engagement.

In this capacity, you will guide a team of skilled technicians and shift leaders, ensuring that all machinery and systems are not only functional but also enhanced for peak performance. You will serve as the primary authority on mechanical processes, troubleshooting challenges, and offering solutions to complex technical problems. Whether you are managing budgets, coordinating repairs, or executing advanced preventative maintenance strategies, your aim is to maintain seamless operations.

QUALIFICATIONS WE SEEK:

We are in search of a Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor who can commit to a schedule of 5 days a week, from 6 am to 2 pm, including alternate weekends. The ideal candidate will also possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in maintenance management or supervisory roles
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience
  • Extensive knowledge of manufacturing maintenance practices
  • Proven leadership skills in managing mechanical operations
