Position: Incident Response Recovery Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and act as the main security liaison for clients and stakeholders throughout recovery processes.
  • Assess and prioritize recovery initiatives based on organizational requirements while maintaining compliance with security protocols.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration with the Project Management Office regarding project activities, progress reports, and any necessary escalations.
  • Adopt and enforce best practices in incident management, cybersecurity evaluation, and case oversight.
  • Guarantee the security, manageability, and operational integrity of IT services during recovery phases.

Essential Knowledge and Experience:

  • Familiarity with Dell and/or VMware technologies.
  • Proven experience in incident response operations.
  • Expertise in the security domain.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
