The DMC Children's Hospital of Michigan is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric ICU team. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill children and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
- Delegate, assess, provide, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and prepare patients for discharge.
- Report directly to senior unit management and participate in shared decision-making activities.
- Graduation from a school of nursing required.
- BSN preferred.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan required.
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS required.
This is a full-time, rotating shift position in a fast-paced Pediatric ICU environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
