Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Dental Care Specialist to join our team. As a Primary Dental Provider, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive dental care services to our clients, including evaluations, treatment, and education.
Key Responsibilities- Perform dental examinations, cleanings, X-rays, and other diagnostic, therapeutic, and clinical treatments.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with patients and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in patient teaching activities and educational outreach programs to promote oral health awareness.
- Maintain accurate patient records and chart documentation.
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree required, with active licensure as a Dentist in the District of Columbia.
- DEA license and Controlled Substance license for Washington DC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
- Knowledge of standard medical/dental office procedures and protocols.
This position requires normal office environment working conditions, with occasional evening and weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods.
