We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Associate to contribute to our operational excellence at Aramark. This full-time role is essential in facilitating the successful execution of various events by managing the setup and breakdown of necessary furnishings in line with client specifications while upholding our standards of safety and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange tables, chairs, and other essential equipment as required.
  • Follow detailed setup layouts based on event diagrams accurately.
  • Assist in the teardown or transformation of event spaces for upcoming activities.
  • Ensure proper storage of tables, chairs, and equipment when not in use.
  • Support in the removal and disposal of waste across campus areas.
  • Facilitate the movement of furniture or equipment as necessary.
  • Accompany contractors and subcontractors during their work on campus.
  • Provide assistance in various facilities tasks as needed or assigned.

Qualifications

  • Ability to perform well under occasional time constraints.

This position may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
