• Uphold and advocate for rigorous safety protocols and procedures.
• Promptly identify and report any hazardous conditions.
• Consistently maintain and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Complete required health, safety, and environmental (HSE) training in a timely manner.
• Follow the Management of Change (MOC) process for all responsibilities.
• Encourage teamwork within the production environment.
• Proactively share knowledge with colleagues across different sites.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA training mandates.
• Strictly follow all company policies and operational procedures.
• Maintain compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and complete necessary documentation.
• Keep the work area tidy and organized.
• Emphasize collaboration, communication, and high-quality output.
• Coordinate with supervisory staff to fulfill all delivery requirements.
• Support company policies and initiatives actively.
• Stay informed about changes in procedures.
• Utilize computer systems as required for job functions.
• Be knowledgeable about the location and proper use of safety equipment.

• Assist in maintaining SOX compliance on-site by performing tank stick measurements.
• Complete essential training to advance through the Operational Competency Program (OCP).
• Work with Operations to prioritize loading activities for timely dispatch.
• Assist in maneuvering drum trailers and tank wagons as needed.
• Prioritize loading activities based on scheduled delivery timelines and shift instructions.
• Be available for overtime to cover staff absences.
• Manage the unloading of raw materials when required.
• Conduct compatibility assessments for equipment prior to loading.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality assurance and accuracy.
• Perform assigned tasks as necessary.
• Collect and analyze samples to ensure product quality.
• Prepare equipment and permits for maintenance tasks.
• Identify maintenance needs for equipment and report to supervisors.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Engage in troubleshooting as required.
• Update operational procedures as necessary.
• Participate in teamwork regarding overtime scheduling.
• Contribute to the site Safety Action Committee.
