**Speech Language Pathologist Wanted for K-12 School District**

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide exceptional direct and indirect services to a school district. This is a contract position offering a great opportunity to work with a supportive team of professionals and make a positive impact on the lives of students.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create and implement strategies to support student progress.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Communication Disorders from an accredited program.
  • Current state SLP License.
  • Prior experience in a school setting is preferred.
