Job Requirements

We are seeking experienced and dedicated full-time welders/fabricators to join our team. Key qualifications include:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a metal shop setting.
  • Proficiency in MIG welding, with experience in dual-shield, metal core, push-pull aluminum, or spool gun a plus.
  • TIG welding experience.
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret fabrication documents, plans, and drawings.
  • Finishing experience, including grinding away a weld and finish sanding to make the weld disappear.
  • Basic machine shop knowledge and experience.
  • Familiarity with general shop tools and equipment, including bandsaw, drill press, plasma torch, ironworker, and forklift.
  • Demonstrated positive attitude and commitment to craftsmanship and quality.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to site safety, cleanliness, professionalism, and punctuality.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
