**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide administrative support to the front office team, including training and information to effectively perform their job
* Maintain accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates
* Ensure compliance with company standards for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash handling procedures
* Provide a world-class customer experience to all customers by ensuring consistent application of Caliber Standard Operating Procedures
