The RN Fellow program offers a structured transition into the new specialty through a comprehensive curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care in the Medical Surgical Cardiac Telemetry specialty
- Participate in a structured transition program to become proficient in the new specialty
- Collaborate with experienced preceptors and healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty)
