This is a full-time position that involves hands-on learning with experienced preceptors and requires previous nursing experience. You will work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care while having access to extensive benefits.

The RN Fellow program offers a structured transition into the new specialty through a comprehensive curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care in the Medical Surgical Cardiac Telemetry specialty
  • Participate in a structured transition program to become proficient in the new specialty
  • Collaborate with experienced preceptors and healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty)
