About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Salon Manager to join our team at Great Clips. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of stylists and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of stylists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Provide coaching and training to stylists to improve their technical skills and customer service
  • Manage salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer relations
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty
  • Collaborate with other salon managers and corporate teams to share best practices and drive business growth

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a salon management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of salon operations
  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
