Barista Position

We are looking for a Customer Experience Representative to join our team at CASCADES COFFEE LLC. As a barista, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for coffee and excellent communication skills. We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers into the coffee house and engage with them in a friendly manner
• Take food and beverage orders and explain menu items clearly
• Prepare a variety of espresso-based drinks using our proprietary recipes
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety standards

Essential Qualifications:

• Familiarity with food safety guidelines and certification
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
