Nurse Practitioner

St. Luke's Health System is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med Surg team in Mountain Home, Idaho.
About the RoleThis is a 15-bed Med-Surg unit that provides care to a diverse range of general medical patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing principles and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
- ASN or BSN degree in nursing.
- 1 year of RN experience in a Med-Surg setting.
- Current RN licensure from the State of Practice.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
