Job Overview
As a Donation Attendant at Goodwill, you will play a vital role in our mission to create job opportunities and support communities. Our team is dedicated to providing an exceptional donor experience by accepting and processing donations with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
• Greet donors warmly and provide accurate tax receipts when necessary
• Sort donations into appropriate categories and ensure smooth, organized donation process
• Exercise sound judgment in determining which donations are acceptable and use good customer service practices when refusing donations
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for donors and staff
