Job Title: Cyber Training Director

Advanced Technology Leaders Inc is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Training Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for our cyber range and computer test bed environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs for cyber range and computer test bed environments
  • Collaborate with leadership team and subject matter experts to identify training needs and create effective training objectives
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cyber security and adapt training programs accordingly
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cyber range or computer test bed environments
  • Minimum 5 years of supervising experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training
  • Experience collaborating with leadership team and subject matter experts to identify training needs and create effective training objectives
  • Working knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management and implementation for training scenarios
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
  • Capability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
  • Possess and maintain all required training and certifications
  • US Citizen
  • Possess skills/knowledge of performing office automation work that includes word processing, electronic mail, spreadsheets, presentations, and other personal computer applications
Work Environment:

The normal hours for conducting business are between 0800 to 1700, with personnel schedules staggered to allow for classroom availability between the hours of 0700 to 1800. Monday thru Friday except Federal Holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings.

Physical Demands:
  • Position generally requires light work with occasional lifting of up to (30) pounds or more, carrying supplies, equipment
  • The job requires varying amounts of sitting, standing, and walking
  • This position requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • The ability to communicate clearly with an excellent comprehension of the English language is essential
  • Work is generally performed in an indoor setting
Travel:

Travel within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) to support tasks and requirements may be required.
