Position Overview: A Radiopharmaceutical Imaging Specialist is a vital healthcare professional responsible for conducting diagnostic evaluations. This role involves the administration of minimal quantities of radioactive substances, known as radiopharmaceuticals, to patients. The specialist utilizes advanced imaging technology to monitor the behavior of these substances within the patient's body.
Working Hours:
- 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Occasional weekend shifts may be required
Essential Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program is mandatory
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical environment is required
- Certification from ARRT or NMTCB is essential
- BLS certification is necessary
- Proficient understanding of all facets of Nuclear Medical Imaging is expected
