Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Starbucks Barista to join our team at Smith's Food and Drug, a part of the Kroger family of companies. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing beverages to recipe and standards, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers.
  • Prepare beverages to recipe and standards, using proper equipment and techniques.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with associates to achieve company and store goals, promoting teamwork and a positive work environment.
  • Stay current with present, future, seasonal, and special ads, and reinforce safety programs by complying with safety procedures.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, non-confrontational, and cooperative manner.
  • Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues.
