Manufacturing Engineer II

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer II to join our team at Intellectt Inc. in Mansfield, MA.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead process improvements in our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Manufacturing Engineer II, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining equipment service work instructions to ensure seamless production processes.
You will also organize and write validation protocols associated with the manufacturing process, leading and supporting troubleshooting activities to minimize downtime and re-occurrence.
Additionally, you will identify key process indicators and collect data to drive manufacturing and yield improvements, generation and execution of validation plans, validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ), and completion reports.
You will develop statistically based sampling plans for in-process and final testing and inspections, and validations.
Furthermore, you will troubleshoot equipment/processes that do not perform as intended during validation runs and recommend process/quality improvements as part of validation runs.
You will evaluate, investigate, and document non-conformances incidents and/or protocol deviations, complete assigned Non-Conformance and CAPA investigations and prepare investigation reports.
You will also develop and maintain effective cross-functional working relationships with plant and corporate Manufacturing, Engineering, Regulatory, and Quality Assurance personnel.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, preferably Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Chemical, or Biomedical.
A Professional Engineer License and Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification are desirable.
You will have experience in validations such as manufacturing equipment, manufacturing processes, stability, or aging.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
