Job Responsibilities

The System Administrator will be responsible for the administration of J2EE applications across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in managing operating systems and application hosting.

Key Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with J2EE applications in environments such as WebSphere Application Server, Apache Tomcat, and JBoss.
  • Proficient in operating systems management, including AIX, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), and Windows Servers.
  • Experience with virtual hosting, clustering, and load-balancing technologies.
  • Strong expertise in J2EE application hosting, including VM tuning and application deployment.
  • Familiarity with build and deployment tools like Ant, Maven, and Ivy.
  • Knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible, UNIX shell scripting, Perl, and Python.
  • Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
