Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in our 22-bed Level 3 NICU, working closely with our team of neonatologists and NNP's to deliver exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including attending high-risk deliveries and managing patients with complex medical conditions.
  • Collaborate with our neonatology team to develop and implement individualized care plans for our patients.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care for our patients.
  • Work closely with our nursing staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
Requirements:
  • Current APRN national specialty certification.
  • Minimum of one year experience as an NNP.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
