We are currently seeking a CNC Machining Specialist for our Weekend Shift (Friday-Sunday) at our local branch.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic mathematical proficiency
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to comprehend written English
- Familiarity with fractions and measurements
- Strong troubleshooting skills and sound judgment
- Valid driver's license and a clear criminal record check
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe operation of CNC machinery
- Set up materials for machining using laser guides for accurate placement
- Load machines by positioning materials with mechanical lifters
- Verify settings by measuring positions to meet established standards
- Maintain specifications by monitoring drilling, grooving, and cutting processes; taking measurements; identifying malfunctions; troubleshooting; adjusting and reprogramming controls; sharpening and replacing worn tools; and adhering to quality assurance protocols
- Keep the workstation clean and organized
- Follow all safety protocols while on the production floor
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
