As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering "resort-quality service" and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a swimming pool route, cleaning pools on a weekly basis.
- Stock and maintain chemicals on the company truck, adjusting water chemistry for each pool as needed.
- Utilize a smartphone for our Pool Ops mobile platform to streamline operations.
- Identify equipment repair needs and communicate them to the office.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- The ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
We offer a competitive pay range of $16-$22 per hour, uncapped bonus potential, flexible scheduling, and a company-provided truck. Additionally, you will receive paid training, PTO, and opportunities for growth and advancement.
