About the Role

This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for developing individualized treatment plans, assessing patients, implementing treatment strategies, and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Hand Therapy, excellent clinical decision-making skills, and experience working with electronic medical records (EMR). A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is required, with a Doctorate degree preferred. Licenses, certifications, and continuing education requirements must also be met.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address patient needs and goals
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient strengths and weaknesses
• Implement evidence-based treatments and modalities to promote patient recovery and rehabilitation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, and occupational therapy assistants
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and efficiently using EMR systems

What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
