Lead Our Nursing Team as Director of Healthcare Services

Otterbein SeniorLife seeks a seasoned Director of Healthcare Services to join our leadership team at Green Hills Community in West Liberty, OH.

About the Role:

This key position is responsible for ensuring the quality of nursing care given to residents on our campus. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, effective communication and leadership abilities, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement systems to ensure goals are met and resident needs are addressed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and suppliers to deliver exceptional care and service.
  • Manage the nursing department budget and lead quality assurance efforts.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved nursing program.
  • Valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • At least five years of experience in a nursing leadership role.

Compensation: $95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
