Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Maintain a safe and clean living environment for clients
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to management
Requirements:
  • Valid NJ Home Health Aide Certificate
  • Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting or skilled facility
  • Ability to pass national and multi-jurisdictional background checks, Department of Motor Vehicle checks, and TB screening tests
  • Ability to meet quality standards of care during shifts and follow standard procedures for engaging with the rest of the care team
