  • Job Summary: Provide speech and language therapy services to students with communication disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students with suspected communication disorders and make recommendations for speech and language services as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
  • Collaborate with school staff and parents to develop strategies to support students' communication development.
  • Provide comprehensive written reports of observations, assessment results, and recommendations within established state guidelines.
  • Consult with school staff and parents on the inclusion of materials to support speech and language development.

Requirements:

  • New York TSSLD (Teaching Service Specialist License)
  • New York SLP License (Speech-Language Pathologist License)
