Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist - (RRT)

AMN Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join their team in Norfolk, Virginia.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced RRT to work in our pediatric department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric respiratory care and be licensed to practice in Virginia.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality respiratory care to pediatric patients in the ED, NICU, PICU, and Pediatrics General Care units.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify respiratory issues and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Administer medications and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
  • NRP, PALS, and BLS certifications.
  • Experience working in a pediatric hospital setting.
  • Virginia state license to practice as an RRT.
