The Boeing Company is seeking an experienced Contract Management Specialist to join the Enterprise Core Contracts team in Hazelwood, MO.
Key Responsibilities:- Contract Analysis and Management: Assess process risks and control adequacy, lead coordination and partnership with other internal functional disciplines, and perform due diligence and integration of newly acquired entities to ensure implementation of contracting policies and practices.
- Regulatory Compliance: Lead the development and documentation of guidance related to new and updated contractual regulatory requirements and command media, and lead monitoring, reconciliation, and ensures compliance in the performance of contractual and business commitments, company policies, laws, and regulations.
- Contract Negotiation and Administration: Lead coordination of special requests for approval and exception/interpretation of contractual matters, and perform contract clause, term, and conditions analysis and enterprise best practice implementation.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience building, developing, and maintaining customer relationships, and 3+ years of experience in business-related functions (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement, Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales).
- Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with government contracts (acquire and/or execution), 5+ years of experience working with the United States Government (USG) acquisition process and government agencies (acquire and/or execution), and 5+ years of experience negotiating commercial or legal terms and conditions in a contract and administering commercial contracts (acquire and/or execution).
