Job Title: Surgical Technologist

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Ravenna, Ohio.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Surgical Technologist to work in a fast-paced operating room environment. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures, maintaining a sterile environment, and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare the operating room and equipment for surgical procedures
  • Assist surgeons and nurses during procedures
  • Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols
  • Transport patients to and from the operating room
  • Participate in post-operative care and recovery
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of recent acute Surg Tech experience
  • Nationally Certified in Surgical Technology (NBSTSA)
  • BLS Certification
  • Trauma Experience preferred, not required
  • Travel experience preferred, not required
